The Apprenticeship Advantage program offers a pathway for anyone to join any of our 10, three-to-five year union apprenticeships in the building and construction trades, entertainment, and transportation industries.
You’ll be learning and earning at the same time.
Each program has specific requirements but for those who don't currently meet them, the Houston Gulf Coast Building and Construction Trades Council also offers a pre-apprenticeship program to provide interested students with the skills they need to succeed in a full apprenticeship.
You will be working under the protection of a union contract with insurance, pension, health and welfare benefits.
